Whether you have a strong spiritual foundation or are just at the beginning of your spiritual journey—this is a place where many discover what they didn’t know they were missing: the feeling of coming home.
Shame and guilt are not tools for transformation
There is more than one way to find your own inner peace and happiness
You are worthy of love regardless of your race, religion, creed, or sexual orientation
We all have an innate capacity to know God through direct experience. The “Christ” is that part of God in every person. There is a spark of divinity in all people, just as in Jesus.

For more than forty years, Reverend Michael Rocque has explored spirituality through a wide range of teachers, traditions, and spiritual paths, guided by a deep desire to understand the nature of divinity and to share that journey with others.
From an early age, he sensed a profound connection to something greater than himself. Raised in the Methodist tradition, his spiritual path took a defining turn at age sixteen when his mother introduced him to Unity and New Thought teachings—an experience that felt like coming home and ignited a lifelong passion for spiritual truth and exploration.
Rooted in that calling, Michael developed a deep love for community and service. He spent nine years working with Youth of Unity, served on Unity Boards for multiple years, and held the role of Board President for three years. He considers it an honor to serve both Unity and the wider community.
“I have been at Unity for 6 months now. I felt at home as soon as I went to the Open Circle class with Laura & Tim. I felt welcome and safe.
“The following Sunday I came to my first service at Unity. Yes, I knew that I would be accepted here when I was welcomed at the door, recognized as a guest by several people who talked to me in such a friendly way. I loved the positive message during the talk by Michael. The talk was uplifting and motivating.”

“I feel safe to share intimate and sacred parts of me. I feel safe to show up fully and allow without need. Being in a place that accepts wholeness is important.”
